Events Space & Amenities

It includes a large clear tent for receptions, an outdoor ceremony space by the water, two getting-ready spaces, a fire pit, and a catering building. The venue emphasizes a connection with nature, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting for both ceremonies and receptions.
Packages & Pricing
Pine and Pond offers three main packages: 1. Saturday (+ Holiday Sunday) - $14,000 in 2024, $15,000 in 2025. 2. Friday/Sunday (+ Holiday Monday) - $13,000 in 2024, $14,000 in 2025. 3. Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) - $12,000 in 2024, $13,000 in 2025. Additionally, there is a small wedding package for 25 guests starting at $5,500 in 2024, with additional costs for more guests. Each package includes venue access, set-up and clean-up, tables and chairs, sound systems, and bar services.
