Hilltop Wedding Center offers a comprehensive outdoor wedding experience on a 20-acre property. The venue features a clearspan tent with elegant decor, a 9-hole golf course, multiple ceremony locations, and a bridal suite with views of Sylvan Lake. Services include setup of tables, chairs, and linens, sound system arrangements, and recreational activities like lawn games and a fire pit. Their packages are designed to cater to both large and intimate weddings, ensuring a personalized and memorable event.
Events Space & Amenities
The venue boasts a 60' x 75' clearspan tent equipped with herringbone-patterned stone flooring, chandeliers, and twinkle lights. Additional amenities include a large dance floor, live-edge bar, a dedicated catering entrance, and several outdoor ceremony spaces, including a pond, a garden, and a covered patio. The bridal suite provides a serene setting for preparation, and the venue’s golf course and scenic paths offer picturesque backdrops for photos.
Packages & Pricing
Full Wedding Package (1-day): $9,500 (Weekday), $12,000 (Friday), $12,950 (Saturday), $10,500 (Sunday). Includes all the venue amenities and access from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (11:00 PM on Sundays). Intimate Wedding Package: $5,000 (Weekday only). Includes access to the covered patio and small tent, the bridal suite, tables and linens, and lawn games. Optional Add-Ons: Early rehearsal day ($2,500), early bridal suite access ($100/hour), unlimited golf ($250), and outdoor lounge furniture & fire pit ($250). Bar Packages: Ranging from $8.00 to $12.95 per person, depending on the services included, with additional charges for bartender services.
